Sometimes it feels like your body, mind, and emotions are pulling in different directions, or that clarity and ease are just out of reach. Therapy is a place to pause, tune in, and discover the inner guidance that’s already there.
I walk alongside you as a guide, helping you reconnect with your own wisdom, resilience, and natural capacity to heal. My approach blends Somatic Experiencing (tuning into the body to release tension and trauma), Gestalt therapy (bringing awareness to what is happening in the present moment), and insights from Taoist wu-wei and nondual philosophy (supporting growth without forcing, and recognizing the wholeness of your experience).
In our work together, you’ll find a space to slow down, listen deeply, and uncover the patterns, insights, and strengths that already exist within you. Healing unfolds here through curiosity, trust, and staying present with what is real: your thoughts, your emotions, and your body.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional balance, or a deeper connection to yourself, I help you navigate these moments with warmth, intuition, and gentle guidance. The process is about rediscovering your own authentic path, moving toward insight, embodiment, and transformation at your own pace.

My Story
My version of Heart Work, this small, living practice I carry, grew from a time of deep transformation. Life’s reckonings; endings, shifts, and personal challenges taught me how to be present, how to hold compassion, and how to welcome all parts of ourselves. Real healing doesn’t come from quick fixes, but from reflection, connection, and the space we give for growth to unfold.
For over 20 years, I’ve walked alongside children, teens, and adults through moments of change, loss, and rediscovery. I blend psychotherapy with breathwork, mindfulness, and yoga, drawing on acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic approaches, and Taoist, Buddhist, and yogic philosophies, always aiming to meet each person where they are.
Outside of work, I am nourished by nature, movement, and connection, wandering through the ferns and the trees, practicing Jiu-Jitsu, freestyling on my yoga mat, and sharing life with my daughter, Olive. I am drawn to deep conversations, laughing wholeheartedly, poetry, and the quiet paradox that we already hold what we need, yet life is richest when healing is shared together.
