Therapy: My Approach

I’m a counsellor with a holistic lens, integrating lived experience, therapeutic training, and embodied practice. Raised in the international diplomatic community by bicultural and trilingual parents, I bring a grounded, cross-cultural sensitivity to my work—honoring difference, nuance, and the unspoken.

My path weaves together decades of experience in education, yoga, and contemplative practice across three continents. I’ve developed innovative classroom approaches to help children and teens build self-esteem and regulate their nervous systems. As a yoga teacher for both youth and adults, I draw from diverse lineages to support mindfulness, breath awareness, and reconnection with the body.

I bring a warm, intuitive presence to the therapeutic relationship. My work is rooted in a client-centered, somatically-informed, and the 'here & now' approach. I believe healing unfolds in relationship—with curiosity, trust, and a willingness to stay close to what is real.

I support clients in uncovering their own wisdom and resilience. My process centers on intuitive listening, compassionate inquiry, and co-creating space for authenticity, insight, and transformation.
