At Heart Work, we believe healing happens when we understand why and how our systems respond to life challenges and learn to move forward with intention and flow with our true heart’s desires. Our grounded, compassionate care blends narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems theory, somatic wisdom, acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion focused therapy, attachment theories and the philosophy of yoga. But most importantly, we know the healing power of presence and connection and are here for you through this transition and whatever comes next.
