Meet Leanne
For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples as they navigate relationships, life transitions, sexuality, identity changes and personal growth. I believe therapy is a collaborative process of curiosity, compassion, and transformation, one that honours both the wisdom of the mind and the experiences held within the body. I’m especially interested in the places where relationships, identity, sexuality, and the body intersect, and in helping people move beyond simply understanding their patterns toward creating meaningful change.
My work, life and services have been featured in…
Ways we can work together
Clinical Supervision
A reflective space for therapists, social workers and students to deepen their clinical thinking, ethics, and confidence in practice.
Yoga-Informed Wellness
Therapy
Psychotherapy for individuals and couples/people in relationships focused on relationships, identity, sexuality, and meaningful change through thoughtful, evidence-based conversation.Movement, mindfulness, and embodied practice that help you reconnect with your body and support meaningful change beyond where language can go. How I work
Therapy with me is conversational, reflective, and grounded in both psychological and embodied understanding. I’ve been doing this for a long time and promise to never take an “expert” stance on you or your life. The human experience is messy, rich and beautiful. I admire the courage it takes to explore depth and meaning. Let’s craft something real and authentic.
We’ll explore the patterns that shape your relationships, your sense of self, and the way you move through the world. Together, we’ll slow things down enough to notice what’s happening beneath the surface, not just what’s immediately visible. From that place of awareness, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
Beyond individual and couples therapy, my work also includes clinical supervision, writing classes, embodied workshops and retreats, and yoga classes offered from a therapeutic mindset. Across all of these settings, the focus remains the same: creating space for reflection, presence, and meaningful change through both insight and embodied experience.
At Heart Work,
care work is a site of real transformation.
Love, science and story belong in the same room, and my “expertise” will never override your humanity.
