You’re a grounded, soulful, and self-aware therapist who’s tired of the overly clinical, hyper-intellectualized approach to mental health. You believe in depth work, in mystery, in letting the body lead sometimes. You want to be part of something meaningful and alive, to grow as a clinician beyond what you might do in solo practice. You hold your clients with compassion, curiosity, and integrity, and you’re longing to do your work in a space that reflects your values.

Heart Work is a therapeutic collective rooted in the belief that healing is not just about the latest therapy model or ten steps to reach goals, but about deepening into embodiment, truth, intuition, and the sacredness of relationship. We work from a place of reverence for the human spirit and the nervous system, integrating trauma-informed, relational, and somatic approaches into everything we do. Our clients are not problems to fix and our work is relational and compassionate.

What You'll Do
Provide therapy to clients online via our Jane platform or in-person in our cozy, heart-full space in Victoria
Participate in our weekly supervision circle (optional but encouraged), grounded in reflection, ethics, embodiment, and growth
Attend free group yoga classes (our gift to you as a fellow healing professional)
Work flexibly—choose hours and days that suit your nervous system and your life
Grow your caseload at your own pace with admin and referral support along the way
Be part of a community that honours nuance, imperfection, slowness, and the sacredness of change
What You’ll Receive
Access to our Jane platform for online sessions, notes, and billing
Use of our beautiful in-person office space 2 dedicated days/week + flexible half-days/weekends as needed
Referrals from our waitlist of aligned clients
Weekly supervision informed by over 10 years of teaching and supervising new therapists and 20 years in practice
A beautiful, relational container that allows you to stay connected to your own heart as you support others
Requirements
Registered and in good standing with BCACC (RCC), CCPA (CCC), or BCCSW (RSW)
Professional liability insurance
Alignment with Heart Work’s core values, process, and client philosophy (we’ll tell you all about it)
Training in somatic, trauma-informed, relational, or mindfulness-based approaches is an asset
A desire to be part of something alive and evolving—not just another gig
