Yoga at Heart Work
Yoga at Heart Work reflects our philosophy that lasting change must include healing at the level of body, mind, and spirit. Rooted in ancient yogic wisdom, our classes honour the physical practice as a pathway to presence and inner connection.
We balance somatic healing, nervous-system regulation, and emotional wellbeing with playful, energizing movement. You’ll be invited to rest and move, release tension and build strength, and explore your body’s natural rhythms. Our teachers include therapists, bodyworkers, and energy healers, each with their own unique way of bringing medicine to the mat. Trauma-informed guidance ensures that every body, pace, and intention is respected.
Our classes are open to everyone, no experience is required.

Date Night Yoga is a 60-minute partner practice designed to regulate the nervous system through breath, gentle flow, and learning how to offer hands-on assists to one another.
You’ll move, take turns supporting each other, and explore playful, light acro poses—all with multiple options to keep the practice safe, fun, and accessible.Guided by a yoga teacher and couples therapist, this class invites you to co-create movement, deepen trust, and share presence with your partner. Expect connection, laughter, and a grounded return to each other.

Flow is a mindful, vinyasa style practice that encourages you to move with curiosity and presence.
Sequences build strength and ease while offering space to explore how movement feels in your body.
Therapeutic cues support emotional wellbeing, grounding, and nervous-system balance, helping you leave class steady, clear, and connected.

Still is a meditative yin practice that invites spaciousness, reflection, and deep inner listening. Longer-held poses soften fascia, quiet the mind, and support emotional release.
Blending therapeutic insight with silence and breath, this class creates space to feel, integrate, and return to your natural state of calm.

Flow into Still combines an energizing, creative flow (yang energy) with grounding yin shapes, guiding you from activation into deep rest.
You’ll be invited to move intuitively, honour your natural rhythms, and settle into stillness with therapeutic insight. This practice supports balance, emotional regulation, and a gentle unwinding of stress.
