Our Services

  • Couples

Are you feeling disconnected in your relationship? Maybe communication feels harder than it used to, or trust has been shaken, leaving you both feeling stuck. Many couples come to therapy when they’re navigating tough conversations, unmet needs, or a desire to rekindle the spark. Whether it’s conflict, intimacy, or simply growing apart, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

As an integrative sex and relationship therapist trained in Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy and the Gottman Method, I know how to help people in relationship to deepen their connections and navigate challenges with compassion. My approach acknowledges each partner’s unique inner world as well as the shared history of your love story. I will help you to understand your own and each other’s needs, strengths and struggles. We’ll explore how your parts are communicating and what needs to change in order to feel emotional and physical intimacy. This is a safe, judgement free space where you can explore new ways of relating. Together, we’ll work towards a relationship that supports both of you—rooted in mutual respect, understanding, and joy.

Sessions available in person or online.

  • Individuals

I support individuals to explore and honour the complex layers of their experiences. We’ll work together to uncover the unique parts within you and how they developed in response to the events of your life. We’ll reframe your personal narrative with care, eliminating harmful societal and family messages about who you are and rewriting your life story with infusions of hope and clarity. We’ll look at how you might build healthier, more fulfilling relationships, addressing any issues with sex and intimacy that may have come up. In a context of unconditional positive regard for you, I’ll help you to create lasting change aligned with your deepest values and desires.

No experience in therapy is required and you don’t need to understand the theory in order to benefit from the process. Experience how it feels to be received.

Sessions available in person or online.

  • Yoga

Yoga at Heart Work is offered as an embodied path to healing—one that invites presence, integration, and transformation. Whether in individual, couples, or group formats, sessions are tailored to support your emotional and psychological wellbeing through mindful movement and breath. We might use yoga to move through a difficult life transition, soften internal tension, or cultivate a deeper connection to your body. With couples, yoga becomes a practice of attunement and co-regulation, allowing you to build trust, intimacy, and shared flow in that space that words won’t reach. Group classes are themed around growth and curiosity, giving space to different inner parts and stories, or centered around relevant life themes like grounding, boundaries, or grief. You don’t need any prior yoga experience—just curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.

Sessions available in person or online, and are likely able to be claimed on your insurance.
