Each class is thoughtfully designed as both a spiritual and physical practice of emotional growth, integrating grounding techniques and practicing embodiment and awareness.

It’s where therapeutic insight connects with asanas that support nervous system regulation. You might explore new “parts” that emerge, connect to feeling and sensation, or experience your life force energy in a new way.
