Date Night Yoga

Date Night Yoga at Heart Work is a 75-minute partner practice designed to deepen connection through mindful movement and shared presence. You’ll flow together through gentle sequences, support one another in assisted poses, and explore how breath, trust, and touch can bring balance to both body and nervous system. The class closes with moments of shared stillness, inviting calm, surrender and intimacy in a grounded, heart-centered way.

Please sign up with a partner and bring two yoga mats, water, and anything that adds comfort such as layers or a blanket. No prior yoga experience is required.
