Tuesday Flow

Flow Yoga at Heart Work is a mindful, energizing class that connects movement, breath, and presence. Each sequence builds heat and strength while encouraging softness and awareness, helping you move through both physical and emotional tension with more ease. Guided by therapists who are also yoga teachers, this class invites you to find balance between effort and surrender, body and mind. All levels welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat and water (some mats are available). Props provided. Wear clothing you can move easily in and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
